The team at Low Cost Glasses would like to reassure you that we are operating at full capacity and have implemented extremely strict health and safety precautionary measures. As we’re sure you understand, a global pandemic brings all sorts of challenges that we’re working through on a daily basis. In addition to this, we’re also experiencing an unexpectedly high volume of traffic which our team is doing its best to cater for.  This does mean that our normal streamlined processes are currently being tweaked as the Government continues to update their guidelines.

We’re doing everything we can to continue with our ‘business as usual’ approach, however we ask that you bear with us if response and delivery times aren’t as rapid as you’ve come to expect.

What We’re Doing

We understand that being without glasses isn’t a pleasant experience, so during these difficult times we’ve made some changes to help.

We’ll now accept prescriptions that exceed 2 years if you’ve not had chance to get a up to date one.

We’ve changed the rule around Loyalty Points, and for the short term we’re allowing you to use your saved points to buy Gift Cards for friends and family.

We’ve set up a special discount for all NHS & Front Line workers who are working their socks off to ease this pandemic. This discount is valid from 24th March 2020 until 1st June 2020.
