DELIVERY INFORMATION

With each & every order involving bespoke lenses, the manufacturing and delivery times vary.

We aim to have all orders made to the UK mainland at your door within 48-72 hours of dispatch, and international orders within 7-10 working days. For any surrounding UK territories, delivery times may differ.

Shipping Fees

Individual UK glasses orders are delivered by Royal Mail, and cost £3.95. (excluding Next Day Glasses)

We offer free standard UK delivery for all orders over the value of £30. Should your order value drop below this amount after using any loyalty points, codes or any promotions you will have to pay the standard shipping fee.

Next Day Glasses are only available with a selection of frames and must fall within the prescription criteria. Next Day Glasses can only be delivered to UK mainland addresses at a cost of £29.95 per frame.

Delivery to European countries is charged at £12.95 per item, and will be delivered 3 - 5 working days from dispatch. (excluding Next Day Glasses)

Worldwide shipping is available. Please contact us for specific prices.

In some cases, glasses that are part of an order with multiple pairs may be shipped on different days depending on the prescription and lens type.

Shipping Insurance costs £3.99 for UK orders. In cases when a package does get lost by the courier, we will provide a replacement item free of charge.
