Customer service is really good and deal with things quickly, I have had 3 pairs of glasses now and happy with all, one pair of varifocals I was concerned about how they would be without a physical measure up, no need to worry at all. I have ordered from Low cost glasses for sunglasses before and decided to order all of my glasses from them for this prescription update It was great, there was a delay on my order this time around due to a technical change on the website but this was clearly communicated. When one of my frames was held back due to a quality issue my other two were posted out (I really appreciated this) and I had the last frame by the end of the week. Highly recommend, get better quality lenses for cheaper than high street
