1) What counts as a clearance item
Clearance products are items marked as:

These products are sold at reduced prices and may have limited sizes, colours, or stock availability.
2) Important sizing notice
Please make sure to check your size carefully before ordering any clearance item.

As clearance items are final-sale for change-of-mind, incorrect size selection is not eligible for refund.
2.1) Change-of-mind returns (non-faulty items)
For all clearance items:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We may offer an exchange or store credit only at management discretion.

3) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

4) Prescription and custom-made items

5) Online order cancellations (distance sales)
For eligible online orders, cancellation rights may apply under UK distance selling rules.

6) Non-returnable conditions
We cannot accept returns/exchanges for clearance items if:

lenses/frames show signs of wear, damage, adjustment, or misuse,

original tags/packaging are missing,

the product has been altered by a third party,

return request is made outside the allowed timeframe (where discretionary exchange is offered).
