UK Delivery Charges
A standard delivery fee of £5.95 applies to eligible orders. Free delivery may be available on orders over £45, as shown at checkout (subject to any promotions, loyalty points or discounts which may reduce the order value below the free-delivery threshold).

Production Information (Made-to-Order)
Most of our glasses are made to order. Production time depends on the complexity of your prescription, the lens type selected and any additional options chosen.
Once our lab has completed glazing and fitting your lenses to your chosen frame, your order will be dispatched using the delivery method you selected. We aim to process most orders within 1–4 working days, however some orders may take longer.
We make every reasonable effort to meet estimated production and dispatch times; however, all production and delivery times are non-guaranteed estimates, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Quality and accuracy remain our priority.
