The left lens is not up to the strength…
The left lens is not up to the strength of the previous prescription reading glasses you supplied, so, need to switch to readers when needed, the jury is still out, will be in touch with company, but for general use, good value.

Highly recommend Low Cost Glasses
Highly recommend Low Cost Glasses. My prescription is relatively high (in the -5s each eye) and I was concerned about the cost of going to high street retailers. I mainly use contact lenses, but I wanted some spare glasses and didn't want to spend too much. Even the "free pair" I am eligible for didn't end up free when you added on the thinner lenses I need for them not to be bottle tops.

I was able to take my prescription from a well-known high street retailer ("should've gone to...") and they were able to explain to me how to fill out my prescription details. I liked the chance to "try on" glasses virtually and I chose a pair that I liked the look of.

Even with the platinum lenses (much thinner) it only came to around £60. This is compared to my last pair of glasses that was over £200. And this included a case and cloth. I actually like the glasses more than my old more expensive ones and I've recommended Low Cost Glasses to all my friends.

Glasses arrived promptly and lens quality good. I probably should have chosen slightly larger frames in hindsight. But as an extra pair for driving in they are just the job.
