Top quality & great communication
Placed an order on 9th September and received my glasses today which I'm very pleased with. Great quality. The order did take longer than expected to be delivered, however when I asked customer services why they were delayed, Nick was quick to respond and let me know they'd be a little delayed due to an unforeseen production issue. These things happen. My 3rd pair of glasses and always top quality 👌

No response to messages but received goods today
Changed my review. I orginally was concerned company had gone into administration due to no communication and no response regarding order. I have today received an update same day they came in the post.

Good Service and Buying Process
I usually buy my reading prescription glasses online but had never used this company before. There’s an option to pay for quicker processing and delivery but to keep the costs down I didn’t bother with that and still received my glasses via Royal Mail within 2 weeks. There’s a choice of Bronze, Silver or Gold level of lens treatments which bumps up the price considerably. The 30% introductory discount helped to bring the total price down to a more acceptable level. It turns out that I could have done better regarding my choice of frames. The company is at least on a par with most of the leading online glasses retailers.

A little late but arrived safely
I've used this company for my glasses for a few years, so I didn't think to check Trust pilot when my prescription changed... ordered my glasses on the 7th but when the status said 'processing' for over a week, got a little concerned and checked here to see the bad reviews. Luckily I always use my credit card via PayPal for online purchases so not concerned I would lose the money. Emailed the company directly to raise my concerns and make sure I was still going to get my glasses.
They did respond a day or so later to let me know that they were a little behind but would be dispatched soon. Not great but OK...
Glasses arrived a couple of days ago - so a little over two weeks. They arrived fine and as expected
