I had to replace my lost glasses quickly. I was impressed by both the speed and cost of the Marc Jacobs replacements that were supplied and delivered the next day. Very impressive

Generally very good service. I can't really fault it as you simply pay for what you get. You can get simple prescription cheaply but be prepared for complex requirements to quickly increase in price. Don't plan for quick delivery but it is no worse than optician.

Really pleased with my glasses. Straight forward process to order. Kept me informed at all stages of production. Even sent me a little video of finished pair before dispatch. Overall really happy.

Quality workmanship, helpful, easy to contact, feels like a caring company, plenty of choice lenses, and a good easy to use Web site. I've had three sets of glasses now and never a problem, even repaired one set for me after I broke them.
