Customer service could be better...
I ordered prescription sunglasses in early November so that I would have them in time for my holiday in early Jan. I got an update (after having to enquire) that my original frames had broken during the production and was asked to select new Frames. I told the team that I needed there produced and shipped before Xmas to ensure I had them on time. I was promises these would be expedited but the glasses literally arrived on the last postage day between Xmas and new year...very close... however they got here and they are perfect..they look great feel great and the lenses are perfect.
